Slice of life day 17

I was late today and I want to cryyy. My mom is going to be so mad at me haha. I’ve been on time all the other days and I was literally like 2 minutes late today and it ruined everything. Today I saw overall not that good of a day but it’s whatever.

Well I was on time today and I was really proud of myself. I kind of had no choice though because I took uber all the way from downtown. I kinda wish he dragged a bit because I hate being early haha.

Today I swear I woke up at 7 and I live about 2 minutes away right. So I thought to myself, “I got this I’m going to be on time today!” But nooooo I was still like 20 minutes late.

Today is my best friend’s birthday. She’s finally 12 meaning we’re the same age now which is really annoying because it was fun calling her a baby. I’m glad she’s happy though, seeing her happy makes me happy. Also, her birthday party is on Saturday so I’m really excited about that! I actually ordered her present yesterday night so I hope she likes it. She’s wearing a dress today which looks really nice on her!  Her party is going to be at a roller skating rink which is cool butt the thing is, I don’t really know how to roller skate that well.

OMG OMG OMG GUESS WHAT!! I WAS ACTUALLY ON TIME TO SCHOOL TODAY. Tell me why I’m so happy about this, I don’t even know but I am. I’ve been late everyday for the last few months so I’m really happy I was finally on time today. Even Ms. Hamilton was like “OMG OMG IS THIS REAL?! IS MIA PELAYO ON TIME TODAY?!” I was like yesssss but then she told me to put my jacket away so it kind of ruined the moment but it’s ok haha.

I woke up late again today meaning I was late to school again. I didn’t do like half the parcc questions because i was in a bad mood. I was dozing off and looking out the window because it lowkey looked really nice. Sometimes I think about what I would do if I ran away like where I would go or what I would do. If I would be successful or not.

Slice of life day 12

It’s Friday and for some reason I’m not that excited. I guess the weekend just doesn’t seem all that fun when I’m not allowed to anything. Because I go with my mom this weekend. My aunt is having her gender reveal party but her baby was unexpected so we don’t really know her boyfriend that well but it’s ok

My dad woke me up at 7:50 , I don’t have a phone so right now I’m not responsible for waking up on time. I got up and stretched a bit, I didn’t actually get up till like 8 I went to the bathroom and washed my face- brushed my teeth- and let down my hair. I went back to my room, put on some music then started getting ready. I guess music always helps- it wakes me up and makes me feel good. Once I was done getting ready I went to the kitchen to grab something before I go, I grabbed apple sauce and an energy drink. Literally my favorite breakfast haha. After that my dad was yelling at me so I left and I was on my way to school with apple sauce and a spoon in my hand.

Slice of life day 10

I was so excited I thought we were going to get an early dismissal. But once I went into the hallway and tested out the water fountain, I knew we were going to be staying. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done though. My friends and I wanted to hang out but either way my dad was home and he would’ve been expecting me.

Yesterday my mom picked me up so I slept at her house. She lives in Chicago, so when I woke up this morning I was kind of tired I didn’t feel like going through traffic, once I got ready we left and we got on the highway. I hate being on the highway in the mornings, especially hearing the morning podcasts, for some reason I just really hate it, that doesn’t mean I don’t like mornings, I do I just don’t like this specific scene. Just the vibe isn’t to my taste.

Killer Whales (blackfish)

These whales are one of the smartest creatures in the world. They are very clever and can outsmart almost every creature. It’s too bad that this brilliant species is currently endangered. They would rarely attack a human and their main prey is pretty much any fish in sight. Orcas are found in all oceans around the world, but are most common in the Artic and Antartica. They are often spotted off the west coast of the U.S and Canada.

The movie was very convincing I must say though, when I watched the second video my mind and perspective on the movie immediately changed because I think the movie was to draw attention and cause trouble. The man in the second video talks about the story behind the scenes. He talks about how they purposely try to make you think of the worst.

I would rate the movie 2 out of 5 stars.

It was convincing but false.
